1. Service-Based Nature
VisitingFaculty.in provides a service platform and does not directly employ or manage guest lecturers. We act as an intermediary to facilitate connections between institutions and professionals. Therefore, refunds are limited and conditional as described below.
2. Subscription or Platform Fee (if applicable)
If you have paid a subscription or platform usage fee:
- Refund Eligibility:
- A full refund is available only if cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment and before any service or connection has been initiated.
- No refund will be processed once a guest lecturer has been contacted or a job has been posted/accepted.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- Services already rendered
- Delay or cancellation from user’s side
- Profile removal due to violation of Terms & Conditions
3. Payments Between Users
VisitingFaculty.in is not responsible for handling payments or disputes between institutions and guest lecturers. Any payments made directly between users for services rendered (e.g., lectures, training, consultations) are not covered by this refund policy.
We strongly recommend that both parties clearly define expectations, deliverables, and payment terms before engagement.
4. Technical Issues
In the rare event of a technical failure (e.g., account error, double payment):
- Please contact our support team within 3 business days of the incident.
- We will review and, if valid, process the refund within 7–10 working days back to your original payment method.
5. Requesting a Refund

- Email Address
- Date of Payment
- Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Method & Timeline
