- “User” refers to both Institutions and Guest Lecturers who register or interact with the platform.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- Institutions must be legally recognized educational entities.
- Guest Lecturers must possess the necessary qualifications and credentials for the subject they intend to teach.
3. User Responsibilities
For Institutions:
- Ensure that all posted requirements are accurate and legal.
- Treat all hired lecturers professionally and ensure timely payments as mutually agreed.
- Not use the platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
For Guest Lecturers:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile.
- Fulfill commitments professionally and punctually.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the academic integrity of the hiring institution.
4. Platform Role
- VisitingFaculty.in is a facilitator and does not employ any Guest Lecturer or guarantee any teaching assignment.
- We do not verify the academic or professional credentials of users beyond basic checks.
- All agreements, payments, and interactions between Institutions and Guest Lecturers are solely their responsibility.
5. Payments & Fees
- VisitingFaculty.in may charge a service fee or commission from either party. Any such fee will be clearly communicated.
- The platform is not liable for disputes regarding payments between users.
6. Profile Management
- We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or remove any profile that violates our policies or is found misleading.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
7. Content and Conduct
- Users must not upload or share any offensive, copyrighted, or misleading content.
- Abuse, spam, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will result in account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
- VisitingFaculty.in shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for employment-related issues, including compensation, miscommunication, or legal disputes.
